LOCATION SHARING

Customer can share Live car location with his family/ friends. They can track/follow car’s movement for stipulated time/ trip & current location

NAVIGATION TO CAR

It will help customer in navigating to the parked car.

GEO-FENCE

Customer can set a virtual boundary (circular/ polygonal) for the car. 5 such areas can be demarcated at any point of time. An alert will be sent if his car enters or exits this selected area.

SAFETY ALERTS

Suzuki Connect comes feature-packed with essentials that keep your safety paramount. The system ensures that in case of an emergency, whether you're driving your car or away from it, you're always informed.

EMERGENCY ALERT

Notification & GPS coordinates will be shared with customer and emergency contacts in crash (when air bags are deployed)

CAR ASSISTANCE CALL

In case if any car assistance is needed, customer can call the call centre (through Red Calling Button at dashboard of Suzuki Connect module / through On-Road Service Tab of Service Module). Based on concurrence, It will activate MSIL On-Road Assist Team for Technician support or Towing support. In addition, customer can also request call from the call centre by filling a form through On-Road Service Tab of Service Module.

PREVENTIVE FUNCTIONAL ALERT

In case of any malfunction triggered by the Vehicle, call centre will call the customer proactively and make him aware about the problem reported in the vehicle. Based on concurrence, it will activate MSIL On-Road Assist Team for Technician Support/ Towing support or request him to visit to nearby Authorized Service Centre.

DRIVING BEHAVIOUR

Get a more holistic picture of your driving style through Suzuki Connect's driving tools and functions. These features allow you to analyse your driving habits such as braking and acceleration to make you drive better and even help you save fuel.

TRIP DETAILS

Customer can understand the entire Trip trajectory along with his performance.

TRIP CONSOLIDATION

Customer can consolidate max. 5 consecutive trips for his analysis.

DRIVING BEHAVIOUR

Customer can check his performance for single/ multiple trips based on various parameters like acceleration, braking, speed, fatigue etc.

DRIVING SCORE

This feature will rate your driving (out of 100) for your trip.

FUEL EFFICIENCY REPORT

Gives details related to Fuel Economy of single/ multiple trips.

VEHICLE SECURITY ALERTS

Stay updated about your vehicle with precise information and alert. Get notified about all the key driving parameters so that you can take appropriate action.

INTRUSION ALERT

Notification & GPS coordinates will be shared with you and your emergency contacts in case of vehicle intrusion (when Anti theft Alarm is activated)

TOW AWAY ALERT

An alert will be sent to your phone and your emergency contacts if car ignition is OFF & car has been towed away from its designated parking position.

VEHICLE INFORMATION DISPLAY

To take convenience to a whole new level, Suzuki Connect offers you important information you need about your vehicle at your fingertips.

LOW FUEL ALERT

Customer will receive Low Fuel Alert once fuel level has gone below the limit set by Customer or default value by system (Applicable for all types of vehicles)

OVER SPEEDING ALERT

If customer’s car crosses threshold speed limit (set by customer), an alert will be sent

IG OFF/IG ON/ENGINE ON

Ignition off , Ignition on & Engine on is a car status which will reflect on the dashboard. Customer will also receive notifications when Trip has started and has ended.

TRIP SUMMARY

Current ongoing and previous trips information is displayed on the trip summary tab
